8. Agencies working with perpetrators

This section will provide an overview of the agencies (and relevant processes within those agencies) that work with perpetrators. This will mostly focus on perpetrators who come into contact with the criminal justice system.  The perpetrator section will include programmes for both convicted and non convicted offenders.

For more general information about domestic violence perpetrators and guidance for those coming into contact with perpetrators outside of perpetrator programmes and the criminal justice system (e.g. health, social services etc.) please see section 3.

For further information relating to child contact please see sections 9.1 and 9.2 in agencies to assist children as well as section 4.1 - children affected by domestic violence.
